Job Requirements

• Degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in marketing and business-oriented with customer service focused perspective, of which 3 years at managerial level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• A good team player with good interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Pleasant disposition with good customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently and take initiative.
• Resourceful and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys meeting people and organising activities.
• An eye for detail.
• Mature, meticulous and possess a high level of discretion and integrity.
• Bilingual with good command of written and spoken English.

Key responsibilities:

· Ensuring that purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices correspond for payment processing.

· Reviewing and processing accounts receivable and accounts payable.

· Carrying out bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.

· Carrying out financial closing for each supplier we engage with on a monthly basis.

· Carrying out consolidated financial closing on a monthly basis.

· Preparing GST submissions for IRAS on a quarterly basis.

· Liaising with external auditors for year-end financial audits.

· Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
