Conduct financial planning and analysis to provide insights and recommendations for executive decision-making.

Collaborate with various departments to develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying and analyzing variances.

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, explaining key findings and making strategic recommendations.

Assist in developing long-term financial models and business plans to support growth objectives.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven suggestions for improvement.

Continuously identify cost-saving and revenue-enhancing opportunities.

Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for board meetings and investor relations.

Collaborate with accounting and other finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

EUC Engineer (Fixed shift)

Brief Description:

End-User Support, strong in supporting all windows, iOS, and macOS systems, applications, and networking related.

Responsibilities

• Experienced in troubleshooting both desktop/laptop hardware and software.
• Single point of contact for end-users to log incident and service requests via email and hotline.
• Support user queries or issues are captured and validated for further processing.
• Coordinate with different support teams (including vendor coordination) to ensure issues are resolved with proper resolution recorded.
• Adhere to the SOP and Policy defined.

Job description

Accounts Executive - Freight Forwarding

This position will support the company’s accounting services to provide proper recording and processing of financial transactions. Work closely with clients to ensure proper expense recording, processing and timely clearing of aged accounts. Provide continual effort in identifying areas of improvements to refine financial processes to enhance end to end functionalities by ways of automation. Timely and accurate preparation of financial closing. This person will report directly to the Accounts Manager.

Key accountability include the following but not limited to:

● Tracking and reporting freight status through the cargo wise systems

● Issuing and recording of tax invoices

● Ensure timely, accurate month-end and financial reporting

● Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and perform credit control

● Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

● Compute taxes and prepare annual tax returns and GST filing

● Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes

Requirements:

● At least 1 – 2 years relevant working experience in freight forwarding industry

● Minimum 1 year of working experience as accounts executive

● Experience in using cargo wise system

● Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and/or Xero Accounting

● Demonstrate intermediate skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

● Time management and organizational skills

● Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization

● Ability to work independently
