Job Description:

Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible to deliver SHL’s range of Talent Solutions to clients in the Southeast Asia region. On a daily basis, you will consult with a diverse range of clients, identify their specific talent needs, engage with them in delivering the solution and provide them with data-driven recommendations and advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting visionary interviews with senior leaders to set the context for pivotal talent related projects
• Conducting job analysis and identifying person specifications across a wide range of industries and geographies
• Supporting clients in the build of bespoke assessment solutions for their context such as custom instruments, psychometrics reports or assessment exercises
• Designing and delivering assessment /development centres, integrating a range of psychometric assessments and business simulation exercises
• Delivering in-depth behavioral insight in either written or verbal written format on the basis on psychometrics assessments and/or face to face techniques such as competency-based interviewing and assessment centers
• Analyzing talent data to provide unique insights for clients as to whether they have the talent required to execute on their strategy
• Presenting key deliverables impacting talent strategy to the senior leaders and providing advice on key aspects of improvement across the talent lifecycle
• Provision of technical training for clients on the use of SHL psychometrics and behaviorally based assessment techniques
• Provision of SHL development interventions to promote positive behavior change at both individual and group level

Requirements/ Skills/ Experience:

• Suitable candidates have 5 - 8 years of experience in Talent Management through consultancy or/and relevant HR positions
• They usually possess a postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology and demonstrate strong passion for designing and delivering talent assessment solutions
• In-depth talent assessment and consulting experience at the executive level are advantageous

Salary: Basic $4,900 - $6,600 + $80 handphone allowance + $700 transport allowance (if possess own car) + VB

• Responsible for the acquisition and development of strategic customers, by driving new business campaigns to engage with new prospects and sell targeted solutions, developed by in-house technology and industry experts. Key sectors are Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing, etc.
• Lead on pairing solutions to the needs of prospective clients at executive and operational level. This includes articulating practical solutions for business scenarios and demonstrating an ability to address pain points and issues at a high level.
• Provide insight into industry trends, priorities, challenges, and market opportunity, identifying how this company's products/services may bring value to clients in the relevant sector.
• Build, coach, and motivate a team of sales personnel.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years Solution Sales experience (able to identify pain points/requirements, then craft a solution from a services/solutions portfolio).
• Solid consultancy/professional services in Automation.
• Ability to map the technology issues to the business challenges facing your target industry sector (ideal sector knowledge: Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing).
• Track record of complex Solution Sales and multi-stakeholder management.
