1.Accept the work instructions of the executive chef and report to him；

Requirements:

1.Understand management. Generally, chefs only need to fry the dishes, and the head chef must also have the responsibility of managing the chef team, which requires the head chef to have certain management skills. and the safe operation of the kitchen can be guaranteed.

2.Be able to innovate. Innovation is the basic skill of chefs. The head chef must not be ambiguous. He must always lead the chefs to study diligently, do a good job in innovation of dishes, continuously supply new dishes for the restaurant, and make unremitting efforts to maximize operating benefits.

3.Atleast 10 years Dongbei and Sichuan cusine experience. Good communication. As the head of the back kitchen, not only do the management of the back kitchen, but also be good at communicating and coordinating with the main person in charge of the front office, so as to collect customer feedback information and continuously improve the level of dishes. Don't let the front hall and the back kitchen have two skins, which requires the chef to have certain communication and coordination skills.

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $3500 + Transport Allowance $100 + Shift Allowance $100 + AWS + VB

1st shift: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm; Saturday: 9am to 1pm)

Job Scope:

• Prepare essential documentation including Mawb, Hawb, Manifest, and COO
• Perform cargo labeling tasks
• Record cost and revenue data within the Kewill system
• Establish connections for customer EDI integration, if needed, in the Kewill system
• Provide customers with flight information and Proof of Delivery (POD) for Door-to-Door shipments
• Send pre-alert emails to destination stations as necessary
• Post pre-alerts from the Kewill system to respective destination stations
• Coordinate with destination stations to secure POD for Door-to-Door shipments
• Update mandatory milestones within the Kewill track and trace system
• Occasionally, assist with the lifting and shifting of cartons for cargo labeling
• Inspect physical cargo to determine if any repacking is necessary
• Occasionally, travel to customer locations or alternate work sites
• Follow up with carriers and co-loaders for potential off-loading situations

The role is expected to work as part of the project implementation team, leveraging on his infrastructure expertise, to deliver a turn-key cybersecurity project to the customer. This role requires you to have a good and wide understanding of difference infrastructure solutions, as well as relevant experience in an infrastructure operations role. This role exposes the person to an end-to-end project from design all the way until operations

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the project implement team to design and deploy the infrastructure components to a turn-key project
• Help work on technical documentations during the project, including project implementation documents as well as operational documents
• Work closely with the eventual Operations Manager to operationalise and optimise the infrastructure operations within the project
• Suggest and continuously improve the operations using a mix of automation scripts and other tools to increase operational efficiency
• Mentor, train up and empower new infrastructure operations personnel to eventually take over the infrastructure operations of the project

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent
• At least THREE (3) years of experience in working in an infrastructure operations role
• Strong knowledge of technologies such as networking, virtualisation, Active Directory and Red Hat Linux
• Able to develop PowerShell and bash scripts
• Implementation experience is advantageous but not necessary
• Able to work in a highly regulated environment and to make adjustment to meet project deadlines
