Responsibilities:

• To assist in menu development from sourcing of ingredients to the final plating. Innovation, uniqueness and current trends should be take into consideration so as to meet current market demands.
• To source for high quality and fresh ingredients as well as cooking instruments required.
• Ensure that usage of ingredients are optimised, and that food wastage in the restaurant is kept at a minimal.
• Cost management and budgeting
• Tasting of final dishes to provide constructive comments to elevate quality.
• To educate fellow kitchen staff on best practices, culinary knowledge as well as techniques. Hygiene and food safety practices are also required.
• To educate front-of-house staff on recommendations to be suggested to customers, such as best food and beverage pairings.
• Provide feedback on the overall ambience and layout of the restaurant so as to ensure performance efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Take part in special events and curate time-limited menu
• Undertakes any other duties and ad hoc related roles as the business requires

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a results-driven SAP FICO consultant to support our customer’s SAP system. You will be consulting with clients to determine their business needs and developing and deploying SAP solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyse, propose solution and resolve system issue.
• Analyse systems and processes to identify enhancement opportunities to resolve system gaps.
• Identifies systems deficiencies and performance gaps.
• Support the current FICO business processes and design.
• Conduct SAP FICO process configuration.
• Update and maintain documentation.
• Analyze and support end user authorization requirements.
• Support users on change control, systems updates, Unit Testing, System integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Shall possess an analytical mind and is able to see interlinkages with system solutions and usability.
• Adopts a systematic approach in handling ambiguous or complex issues, and actively discusses his/her perspectives to arrive at effective solutions.
• Resolve incidents in accordance to the project schedule/Service Level Agreement.
• Demonstrate exemplary verbal, written, quantitative communication and presentation skills.

Skills and Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years’ hands-on experience in implementation & rollout projects or support & maintenance projects on SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Must have strong functional Experience on FICO.
• Ability to understand user business requirement from user perspective.
• Ability to perform system debug is a must.
• Experience on ABAP, CDS View and embedded analytics is added advantages.
