Job Scope

• Client development & Relationship Management: Identify and build partnerships with clients, especially in key target industries. Maintain and strengthen client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing high-quality recruitment services to ensure long-term cooperation and achieve client retention goals.
• Job Analysis & Talent Sourcing: Collaborate with clients to analyze mid-to-senior-level roles and create attractive job descriptions. Source candidates using various channels, including databases, referrals, and proactive headhunting, to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline.
• Candidate Communication & Evaluation: Engage with candidates to understand their career goals and evaluate their skills, experience, and suitability. Provide clients with detailed assessment reports to support hiring decisions.
• Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including candidate recommendations, interview scheduling, negotiations, and onboarding, ensuring smooth operations and timely placements.
• Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work with team members to meet project goals and participate in training and knowledge-sharing activities to drive team growth.
• Market Research & Insights: Analyze industry trends, provide market intelligence, and offer talent strategy consulting to enhance the company’s professional reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional-level proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese clients in the region and operate Chinese-language applications.
• At least 4 years of experience in recruitment or executive search within an agency environment, with a well-established network of client relationships.
• Familiarity with the Chinese HR market and proven ability to cater to the needs of Chinese clients effectively.
• Strong business acumen and drive to identify growth opportunities, proactively hunt for new logos, and establish new client partnerships.
• Proficiency in using diverse sourcing methods, including headhunting, referrals, and databases, to deliver high-quality candidates.
• Strong interpersonal skills and end-to-end recruitment expertise, including evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding processes.

The Senior Consultant who will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment so as to ensure smooth running of the operations. He/She will be responsible for general permanent staffing in the commercial space. He/She will be given clients’ orders to work on and is responsible for maintaining their relationship with their clients and their own pool of candidates. At the same time, he/she will also be asked to do their

own business development to bring in potential new clients for the company.

Responsibilities:

• To provide total solutions to clients’ staffing needs. Identify and pursue opportunities to cross sell other services and products to meet the needs of the client and increase revenue of branch/division.
• To meet monthly sales target in GP & Contribution
• To represent both the employer and employee and to manage & retain clients and candidates.
• Communicate terms and conditions of business including pricing (with appropriate approval) and guarantee provisions with clients to ensure common understanding of service expectations and costs.
• Understand the job-scope and the job-requirements from the clients before proceeding to source.
• To attract, select and present quality candidates who match the specific recruitment needs of our clients.
• To match the candidate to the right job and to provide opportunities to candidate.
• To manage and retain good candidates.
• Prepare written and verbal applicant resume summaries and brief candidates on the position & interview.
• To build strong relationship with clients and candidates. Maintain existing client relationships to ensure strong repeat buying and extension of services within the account.
• Regular client visits.
• To ensure all documentations are properly recorded in our system.
• Adhere to all quality procedures and recommend enhancements to operations, procedure or policy to ensure an environment of continual improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• CEI certification is an advantage
• Minimum 2years of experience in recruitment or in a target-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge in staffing techniques and labour regulations
• Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing issues and difficult situations
• To be actively involved in a highly dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
