Your role :
Are you an experienced Consultant or Change Manager with focus on the financial services industry? Do you want to work side by side with UBS management to solve strategic challenges? Do you enjoy collaborating with multinational and cross-functional teams?
We’re looking for someone with these attributes to:
• Manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery of high-quality work (growth, efficiency, digitization, integration or regulatory change)
• Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them by focusing on the most important challenges
• Manage senior stakeholders across UBS Group Functions including HR, Finance, Treasury, Legal, Sustainability, Comms and Branding, Strategy, Internal Audit
• Lead teams and clients through challenges in an inclusive, empathetic way
• Coach, lead, and advise consultants as they develop
• Actively contribute to the development of Group Internal Consulting and take ownership in ensuring high quality services and standards.

Group Internal Consulting (GIC) is UBS's internal consultant unit. We are a driven and diverse team with over 690 people present in 4 regions across the globe. As part of the firm’s Group Integration Office (GIO), we work in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive integration, transformation and change across UBS, supporting the firm in achieving its strategic goals. Our focus is on delivering high quality services, with fast onboarding, leveraging institutional knowledge. Your expertise :
Excellent academic achievements from a leading university (or business school) with a Master’s / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Ideally 8+ years of work experience, with significant experience in a management / strategy consulting firm or internal consulting function
• Proven track record of achievements and quantifiable outcomes across the full project lifecycle, including problem-solving on complex assignments (such as operating model and organizational design, post-merger integration, efficiency improvements, digital transformation)
• Ability to lead a team focusing on one or more of the following areas: Risk, Compliance, Operations and/or Technology
• In-depth knowledge in helping frame, design and execute solutions for challenging business situations
• Solid banking, process, and product knowledge in one or several of these fields: HR, Finance, Treasury, Legal, Sustainability and Impact, Comms and Branding, Group Strategy, Internal Audit
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and proficient in leading senior client presentations and meetings
• Proficient in written and spoken English, other languages a plus
