Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Part-Time Immigration Consultant to join us. This role is perfect for stay-at-home moms or individuals seeking a flexible part-time opportunity with the possibility of very occasional in-person client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert guidance on immigration applications, including Permanent Residency (PR), citizenship, and other relevant processes.
• Review and ensure the accuracy and compliance of client documentation.
• Communicate with clients through email, phone, or virtual meetings to address their queries and provide timely updates.
• Occasionally meet clients in person, as required, to discuss or finalise documentation.
• Stay informed about Singapore’s immigration policies and procedures.
• Manage multiple cases efficiently and maintain accurate client records.
Requirements
• Familiarity with Singapore’s immigration policies (training provided if necessary).
• Strong organiaational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in using online tools for remote work.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to meet clients in person very occasionally (transport expenses reimbursed if applicable).
• Strong command of written and spoken English
