Drive and manage project end to end delivery including requirement, design, testing, deployment

Plan test strategy and coordinate defects review, bug fixes, re-testing and closure within project timeline

Experience in the direct management of IT application projects and possess sound ATS product knowledge

Degree in a good and recognized university or equivalent experience.

Minimum 8+ years in a delivery management role

Must have experience with manage recruitment portfolios in IT, Banking, Finance, Manufacturing, Semiconductor Engineering, and Pharmaceuticals across the region.

Must have experience with Managed IT roles simultaneously for Malaysia and Singapore clients, offering end-to-end services.

Experience with MOM Regulation and policy

Willing to travel across geographic locations

Job Description:

• Consulting and on Quality, Environmental and Occupational health and safety management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

• Conducting site visits to identify applicable EHS legal requirements and establishing EHS legal register for companies

• Conducting internal audits and / or gap studies at relevant sites / organizations.

• Developing and conducting specialised training courses on environmental, occupational health and safety management and other quality related management systems

• Ability to develop and build all-rounded business for the company

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or other related disciplines from recognized institutions or equivalent

• Relevant experience in related consultancy, auditing, training and experienced in implementing management systems and related schemes such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

• Trained Internal Auditor on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (preferable).

• Relevant experience in related consultancy, auditing, training and experienced in implementing other management systems such as ISO 22301, ISO 22000 and ISO 27001 is an added advantage.

• Proven good procedure writing, reporting writing and presentation skills.

• Well-rounded team player to build efficiency and foster a strong team environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in liaising with other departments and external clients, associates or partners

• Good time-management skills in meeting project deadlines

• Possess professional integrity and business ethics

• Willingness to travel locally to client sites for about 30% of the working duration
