• Develop inspection requirements; facilitate PFMEAs; resolve discrepant material issues and create and maintain quality documents such as control plans and inspection plans
• Act as the quality interface for the laser production team in responding to customer complaints using failure analysis, development of corrective and preventative actions and trend analysis
• Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, create audit finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventative actions
• Coach and mentor Quality Engineers.
• Support validation activity of processes, equipment, and metrology
• Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and requirements
• Establish and maintain quality control processes and procedures for optomechanical components and systems.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation including inspection plan, test protocols, quality control procedures and reports.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure their compliance with quality requirements and drive continuous improvements.
• Actively participate in Continuous Improvement Initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma projects to enhance Quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Masters Degree in Mechanical, Optical, Optomechanical Engineering or related Engineering Science
• 6 years of experience in engineering in a machining or manufacturing setting
• With good experience in optic testing, optic inspection and experience liaising with optic suppliers and manufaturers.
• Experience in Optomechanical design including knowledge of optical principles, components, and optical system integration.
• Solid understanding of Mechanical Engineering Principles including Structural analysis, Material selection, Tolerance analysis and Manufacturing Process.
• Knowledge in integrating optical components including alignment, fixture design and calibration procedures.
• Knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
• Advanced knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T
• Ability to operate a variety of inspection equipments
• Statistical expertise with DOE and Capability Studies
• Design software- CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), Minitab, Python, Jump etc
• Strong and thorough knowledge of quality engineering discipline, including:
  • Quality data collection and data analysis
  • Understanding of statistical methods, including population sampling, hypothesis testing
  • Problem Solving techniques such as 8-D, 5-why, Fishbone / Fault tree, PFMEA, K-T

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:

• Previous Laser or Optics industry experience is highly desired.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques, such as Weibull Analysis and Gage R&R, as well as appropriate software tools, such as Minitab or JMP
• Familiarity with the following areas: Process Validations (IQ, QQ, PQ), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Structured Problem Solving (8D) and/or Root Cause Analysis - Corrective and Preventive Actions (RCA-CAPA)
• Previous experience with Risk Management, Engineering Change Control, Handling of Deviations and Non-conformances & Lean Six Sigma
• Experience working with cross functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Sales)
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Project Management Experience
• Self-motivated, ability to identify potential problems or improvements and possess the initiative to take appropriate actions as necessary.

• To assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day to day operations.
• Supervise all construction worker and solve disputes between workers if required.
• To carry out inspection of workers' personal protection equipment and safety gear in order to adhere to the company's safety policies.
• Proven experience as construction foreman In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines.
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience
• Weekend duty is required, must be willing to work 6 days work week.
• Must be willing to work overtime if required.

Overall Responsibilities: Lead the strategic development and implementation of the APAC social influencer blueprint in close partnership with Global social influencer marketing team and local markets and product teams.

· Launch a successful pilot of the data-driven influencer marketing approach in APAC and set a clear path for scaling across APAC

· Roll out the global social influencer marketing training program to all APAC marketers and guide teams to upskill with literacy and know-how to fully tap into social influencer marketing

· Set a solid foundation of infrastructure, processes, governance and guardrails for influencer marketing in APAC to safeguard the brand

Top Daily Responsibilities:

· Conduct an influencer campaign, spend and execution audit for APAC and present to key stakeholders of key gaps and business opportunities that will inform the longer term APAC influencer strategy.

· Roll out the multiple global influencer programs successfully and effectively in all key APAC markets.

· Test and learn the global data-driven influencer marketing approach for a 6 months pilot and consolidate learnings for scaling.

· Build infrastructure and standardize tooling for APAC.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor and above

· 5-8 years of relevant and deep social influencer marketing experience in the entertainment, sports or FMCG industry.

· Deep knowledge of the social influencer and creator industry and ability to apply strategic thinking to solving for critical business gaps. Strong track record of building successful influencer programs that drive impact to brand and business results. Have leveraged a sound data driven approach beyond pure relationship to build a sustainable influencer model. Have the creative judgment and experience to drive outstanding influencer collaboration social campaign creatives. Have experiences and thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment with multiple APAC countries and complex organizational structures. Comfortably navigate ambiguity with strong bias towards ownership and action. Confident with senior stakeholder management across Global, Regional and Local.

· Familiar with social creator tools and social media tools such as Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr etc.
