JOB SCOPES:

• Advertise Job (Standard channels - Career, MyCareersFuture, AcademicKeys)
• Facilitate the following to be completed by School Search Committee:
• Screen CVs
• Arrange and coordinate preliminary Interviews
• Coordinate the logistic arrangement for campus visits
• Send solicitation letters to referees and track returns
• Complete Recommendation Form and Summary of Reference Checks
• Compile and check for completeness and upload required dossier documents onto shared folders
• Submit candidate details for Admin Check, Background verification
• Bookmark & check dossier
• Update Hiring in HRIS using Workday

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Singaporean (s) only.
• Minimum Degree in any related discipline.
