• Gather and document business requirements from clients, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Participate in pre-sales presentations and demonstrations on an ad hoc basis.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and user manuals.
• Demonstrate strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central modules such as Finance, Purchase, Sales, Manufacturing, Jobs, and Resources.

Job Requirements:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate is preferred.
• 3+ years of proven experience in a Lead Functional Consultant role.
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and deliver high quality solutions.
