- Automation Project Manager
- Permanent role
- Basic up to $ 7,000 + Handphone Allowance $60
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
- Location: Benoi Sector
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, resource needs, and budgets.
- Establish project objectives, deliverables, and criteria for success.
- Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure on-time, successful delivery.
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the main contact for all project-related communications.
- Regularly update stakeholders and senior management on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Organize and lead meetings to review project status and address any concerns.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor project teams, including automation engineers and analysts.
- Assign tasks, clarify expectations, and monitor team performance.
- Promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
Technical Oversight
- Supervise the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions.
- Ensure that automation technologies align with company goals and standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor risks throughout the project and apply contingency plans as necessary.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Budget and Resource Management
- Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs.
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet project needs.
- Ensure projects stay within budget limits.
Quality Assurance
- Implement quality assurance measures to meet project standards and requirements.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including plans, status reports, and technical specs.
- Prepare and present reports on project performance, outcomes, and lessons learned.
Additional Information:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on automation or technology projects.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, or similar) are a plus.
