We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about playing an active part in supporting the recruitment. • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading application development teams in an IBM iSeries and AS400 environment.
• Excellent in designing and writing code using AS/400 programming languages, including RPG IV, RPG Free, CL, and DDS.
• Strong understanding of AS/400 programming concepts
• Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting AS/400 applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Research, design, and develop computer software or specialised utility programs.
• Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
• Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.

Requirements:

• Hands–on experience developing applications using Java/J2EE, with Spring / Spring boot framework knowledge and hands on experience in Microservices.
• A strong hands-on development track records building integration and application utilizing a variety of technologies, development tools and database systems.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and best practices.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Good communication skills both in writing and verbally with ability to present the complex ideas or technical solution to business and/or management team.
