• Over 8 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in the financial industry.

• A broad perspective, responsibility, proactivity, excellent communication and coordination skills, and strong resilience under pressure.

• Development experience is a plus.

• Bilingual in English and Chinese, as there will be extensive interactions with our China based development team. Additional languages will be a bonus.
