Key Responsibilities:
â—Ź Work with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements and provide technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
â—Ź Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations for Dynamics 365 CRM.
â—Ź Perform system configurations, customizations, and data migrations.
â—Ź Develop and maintain custom workflows, plugins, and scripts to enhance CRM functionality.
â—Ź Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers to ensure successful delivery of CRM projects.
â—Ź Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
â—Ź Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation.
â—Ź Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.
â—Ź Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
â—Ź Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Consultant or Developer with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
â—Ź Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization, configuration, and integration.
â—Ź Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
â—Ź Experience with Azure services and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
â—Ź Knowledge of web services, APIs, and data integration techniques.
â—Ź Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
â—Ź Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
â—Ź Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
â—Ź Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM or related technologies are preferred.
Qualifications:
â—Ź Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales, Service, and Marketing.
â—Ź Knowledge of other Dynamics business applications such as Finance, Commerce and Customer Insights will be an added advantage.
â—Ź Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
â—Ź Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
â—Ź Understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
â—Ź Spoken English and Chinese is preferred.
