Compensation and Benefits:

e.Salary: SGD 3,000 per month.

f.Work Schedule: 5.5 days per week.

· Liaise with business owners to understand the business requirements and create highly available, resilient, and scalable database solutions

· Lead and facilitate database migration strategies such as Re-architect, Re-platform, Re-host, Retire, Relocate or Retain

· Advise, provide guidance, and provide disaster recovery strategies for the Exadata machine

· Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the organization's database infrastructure to effectively store, manage, and retrieve data

· Co-ordinate with presales team in the preparation of RFPs to help with resource estimation and transitions

· Profound knowledge in the administration of Oracle 19c, 12c and 11g databases of large-scale on various platforms like IBM-AIX, RHEL/OEL and Windows

· Ample experience with High availability solutions such as Real Application Clusters (RAC), Configuration coupled with Automatic Storage Management (ASM), Fast-Start failover and TAF techniques

· Expert in implementing disaster recovery solutions using Oracle Active Dataguard in various protection modes, snapshot/cascading standbys

We are expanding our operations and seeking a talented and driven Education Consultants to join our team.

The Education Consultant will play a pivotal role in promoting our training programs and generating sales leads through outbound calls.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, effectively promoting our adult training programs.
• WhatsApp and follow up with potential customers to share about courses and upcoming intakes
• Enroll and register learners for courses
• Develop a deep understanding of our training offerings to communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for potential customers.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
