Key Responsibilities

• Experience: Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer needs and sales techniques.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and contribute positively to the company's revenue.
• Training Ability: Experience in training or mentoring staff is preferred, with a passion for developing others.
