Job Description

SAP Finance (FI) Functional Consultant with 1 or less than 1 year of experience to join our team. As a Junior FI Functional Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP Finance modules. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of financial processes and be eager to contribute to the success of our SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Configuration: Collaborate with senior consultants to implement and configure SAP FI modules based on business requirements.

Qualifications:

Polytechnic graduates with 1 or less than 1 years of experience in SAP FI configuration and support.

Knowledge of financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Basic understanding of SAP integration with other modules.

SAP certification in Finance is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications for financial processes.

Exposure to SAP FI in a global or multi-location setting. Understanding of financial reporting and analytics within SAP.

Key Responsibilities
a. Client Engagement
• Clarify and manage Job Seeker expectations of the programme including responsibilities of both parties, data protection and programme requirements in order to achieve buy-in
• Provide career consultancy support including resume tailoring, interview preparation, exploration of alternative career options, etc. according to Job Seeker needs
• Identify barriers to employment, job goals and various training needs to develop mutually agreed upon Action Plan to support Job Seeker back into employment

b. Business Partnering

d. Administration & Quality
• Adhere to company, Project and WSG guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times

Our Total Rewards team plays an important role in supporting the attraction, engagement, and retention of key talent for the Firm.
