Office Manager (Event Company)
Basic : $3500 - $5000
Working Hour : 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Location : Bendemeer Rd
Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Manage daily office operations, including organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle correspondence (email, phone calls, and mail).
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
- Oversee office budgets and expenses.
Team Support:
- Coordinate with event planning and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize team schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with on-site event preparation, logistics, and execution as needed.
Event Coordination Support:
- Help in the preparation of event materials and documentation.
- Maintain event timelines and checklists.
- Liaise with vendors and clients to ensure all event requirements are met.
Client Relations:
- Provide administrative support to clients when necessary, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Handle inquiries, bookings, and follow-up on client requests.
Human Resources:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes for new staff.
- Maintain employee records, manage leave requests, and other HR administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of office management experience, preferably in an event planning or hospitality environment.
- Experience in team coordination and project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
