Job Description

• Actively seek, follow up and close on sales leads.
• Engage in effective sales pitch through familiarising with Futurum Space curriculum and programme.
• Promote Futurum Space courses, introduce and explain curriculum information to prospective customers.
• Identify and recommend on course curriculum that are tailored to customer’s needs and objectives.
• Liase closely with customers to address all course inquiries (ie; walk-in/online platforms) with closure.
• Coordinate with Centre Manager to ensure smooth process for customer registration and enrolment.
• Collect and review quality feedback from customers to improve sales.
• Responsible for administrative duties including maintaining database records and sales data analysis.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Centre Manager.

Fresh Graduates

1-2 years

- Knows how to merge code from different commits and branches

- Participate in requirements discussion.

- Use a sensible TDD approach in development.

- write or refactor existing codes or projects and libraries such that it follows the DRY, SOLID and KISS principles.

- Build and Deploy solutions base on a given prototype and requirement.

- Maintain existing ASP.Net solutions

3-5 years

- Analyse, Design, Prototype, Build and Deploy solutions base on requirements. (From DB design to UI)

- Design and Build a new CI/CD pipeline, that works from commit to release. which saves us valuable time and effort in the long run (Jenkins etc)

- As part of the CI/CD pipeline, design and build integrated automated test (headless chrome, selenium etc)

- As part of the CI/CD pipeline, design and build various industry-standard, automated security and code scans (Fortify, SonarQube etc)

- Create performance Test Scripts and analyze performance Test Results

- Conduct Vulnerability Testing, as well as fix existing vulnerabilities

- Work with Junior members including delegating simpler tasks as well as conducting technical reviews.
