· Maintain the outlet overall presentation and responsible for the outlet Sales and Revenue

· Lead the Outlet Team in achieving Outlet Sales Target and productivity

· Achieve Personal Sales Target

· Evaluate progress against Sales Target, identify and implement the solutions

· Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, etc

· Train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance

- Supervision of operations and staff

- Sorting and packing of waste paper and waste tyres

- Load/unload goods into or from containers

- Stock take when required

- Ad-hoc warehouse-related jobs as assigned

- Must handle machinery

- May involve manual work

Requirements

- At least 4 years’ experience, preferably in waste paper and/or waste tyres industry

- Willing to do shift work when asked to do so.

- Must have valid forklift and excavator licence or experience

- Experience handling machinery

This role involves a typical 5 and a half day work-week.
