Job Responsibilities:

Operations

• Responsible for overseeing people, processes, and day to day operations to ensure that store performs in line with business KPI
• Achieve Business KPIs set by management including revenue, labor and COGS and other expenses
• Analyse store performance to align with business KPIs
• Maintain high level of customer service as per brand standards. Always attend to guest requests and feedback to provide excellent level of customer service
• Manage, direct and co-ordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and pleasant manner by following brand’s SOPs

The Project Assistant Manager/ Manager will be part of the development team, collaborating closely with stakeholders and consultants to align operational requirements with the Group’s strategic objectives. What you'll be doing

• Guide users in the design and planning of the hospital, coordinating discussions on medical equipment and facility maintenance during design, construction, and post-construction stages
