The Position

The Regional Strategic Account Manager Poultry (RSAM) is responsible for growing and managing business relationship with our strategic customers across the ROPU. This includes responsibility for achieving the sales budget, executing the sales & marketing plan and leading the account planning process for customers.

Job Description

As a Digital Media Manager, you will be working closely with local media teams to drive regional strategy & operational excellence across the region.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Work closely with global and account lead to develop regional guidelines in adherence to global strategy
• Day-to-day Client Lead
• Work closely in support of the account/network lead on all operational and network matters
• Ensure local & hub adoption and adherence to global guidelines, mandates, benchmarks
• Work together with digital hub team to drive operational excellence across execution and reporting
• Ensure media deliverables are met on time and within budget and align with clients' objectives
• Manage hub transition & activation timeline
• Facilitate & manage all global and client requests (e.g. plans/spends/reporting, vendors rate cards/media kits, etc.)
• Ensure clear documentation on all communications with all parties
• Develop, manage cross-country planning/buying process and scopes, billing process flow
• Review and facilitate work orders for regional funded activities
• Manage finance/billing request (i.e. status updates) from client
• Work closely with finance team and local markets to report on financial matters
• Work with Digital Hub team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing (e.g. regular review of unbilled reports, resolve unbilled cases with Finance).
• Follow-up with clients on aging matters

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of media planning experience; preferably with prior experience working on Global Network Clients either at a global or regional level
• Self-motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptive, flexible and able to work with people from different backgrounds and cultures
• A keen interest to learn and understand the digital ecosystem
• Familiar with the timelines, processes and needs of the implementation of all media

Our client management team is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Singapore office.

About the role:

This position will be involved in permanent or temporary merchandising projects from design adaptation to execution. It means working with our creative and technical designers to design the space and put together the construction package, then liaising with our network of partners and contractors to build and implement seamlessly, mainly in the Travel Retail channel.

Daily duties/responsibilities:

• Involvement in planning, overseeing and contributing to projects from initiation through to completion, bringing to life permanent merchandising or temporary activations.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, providing day-to-day support, executing projects and offering strategic advice.
• Involvement in meetings with clients, where you will receive and understand briefs, and work alongside the team to translate the brief into high-quality output that not only meets, but also exceeds, expectations.
• Proactively build and strengthen client relationships, acting as an extension of their brand and a trusted source of advice.
• Develop and cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, in particular, the Design Studio.
• Contribute to the full project flow, from Technical Drawings (TD) to Production and Installation including:
• Create project cost estimates.
• Working with studio to deliver quality 3D and TD packages to brief contractors.
• Managing relationship with clients, stakeholders and suppliers.
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines.
• Create tender package.
• Manage tender with various contractors.
• Manage construction and installation QC, budget and timing.
• Manage & resolve snagging list with contractor.
• Deliver accurate internal and external project reports.

Qualification criteria:

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in brands, agencies, or production houses.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or other suitable qualification) in Project Management, Marketing, Design or a related field.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin as we work with various mandarin speaking vendors.
• Experience in a small-to-medium sized agency is an advantage.
• A network of suppliers in the travel retail channel is a plus.
• Strong understanding of retail design principles and marketing strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Job Description:

• Ensure at all times that fire safety requirements contained in the Emergency Response Plan are complied with;
• Supervise the maintenance of all fire safety works in the premises;
• Ensure at all times that the occupant load of any part of any building does not exceed the capacity prescribed under the Fire Code;
• Conduct daily checks within the premises and remove or cause to be removed any fire hazard that is found within the premises;
• Prepare and execute the Emergency Response Plan for the premises and distribute the Emergency Response Plan to the occupants of the premises; (ii) conduct fire drills for the occupants of the premises at least twice in every calendar year or on such occasion as may be directed by the Commissioner;
• Ensure that all occupants are familiar with the means of escape located within the premises;
• Prepare fire safety guidebooks for the occupants of the premises; train, co-ordinate and supervise the Company Emergency Response Team for the premises in first-aid, fire-fighting and evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies;
• Train the occupants in the premises in first aid, firefighting and evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies;
• Co-ordinate and supervise the occupants within the premises in firefighting and in evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies;
• Conduct at least 2 Table-Top Exercises within the premises each year and to evaluate, together with the Fire Safety Committee, the effectiveness of the Arson Prevention Plan and the Emergency Response Plan for those premises;
• Prepare and implement the Arson Prevention Plan for the premises;
• Organise campaigns, training courses, competitions, contests and other activities which will develop and maintain the interest of the occupants within the premises in establishing a fire safe environment;
