We currently have a 1 year contract DC Operator (Batch Operation), payroll under employment agency

Working Hours: 12 hours rotating shift, 7.30 am to 7.30 pm, 7.30pm to 7.30am (2Day, 2 Rest, 2Night)
Salary Range: $2500 - $2800
Monthly shift allowance: $250

10 days Annual leave, 14 days Medical Leave & benefits, Group Insurance coverage

Incentive of performance bonus up to 1 month basic salary subject to reporting manager’s appraisal

• Batch Job monitoring and execution
• Provide Operation support IRAS DC Operations & eTRS Operation on 24x7 (12hrs shift)
• Perform request fulfilment to register customer request etc Adhoc / Data Recovery SR) @ DC3 & eTRS
• Perform Weekly/Monthly refresh of the System (IPL)
• Prepare monthly DC Access report (RH / PDC / SDC)
• Execution and monitoring of Prod Batch Jobs / Safe envelopes Management
• Manage equipment movement in the Data Centre
• Monitor the wellbeing of the Data Centre
• Perform Incident escalation (Ensure incidents are responded and attended to, else redirect to Ops Mgr based on criticality, impact, and SLA)
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to fix the technical issues on time to provide timely support to customers. Work with Team Lead/Ops Mgr. if required
• Provide Operation support during IRAS annual DR exercise
• Supporting on the withdrawal of Account IDs
• Supporting on the research of Software EOS/EOL

Requirement:

• Singaporean (Need to clear g50 security clearance)
• Able to commit to 12 hours rotating shift
• Keen to go into Batch Job monitoring and execution
• At least a Higher Nitec in IT
• Must be able to commit for the full 1 year contract
• Willing to learn and punctual for work
• Open to candidates without prior experience in Data Centers, on job training will be provided

RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in internal communications, including managing various communication channels
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in using diverse IT systems, applications, and tools, with a keen aptitude for quickly learning and adapting to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the vessels under full management are managed according to the contractual terms stipulated in the respective management agreement;
• Ensuring that every Technical Superintendent is aware of the management agreement for the vessels under his control; 
• Ensuring correct and timely preparation of quarterly account reports from both the full management Accounts Groups and the Technical Department;
• Controlling and monitoring the vessels’ budgets in close cooperation with the Technical Fleet Manager and the respective Technical Superintendent;
• Maintaining Channels of communication with Owners at all times;  Being fully conversant with the Company’s Management System;
• Implementing effectively the Company’s Management System;
• Contributing to the development of new or the amendment of existing procedures;  Promoting and supporting efforts for continual improvement;
• Executing special tasks and projects in accordance with direct instructions from the Directors;
• Preparing budget proposals in close cooperation/coordination with the Technical Fleet Managers and Technical Superintendents;
• Presenting the budget proposal to the Top Management for approval prior sending to the vessel owners;
• Ensuring that budget proposals at the end of each calendar year are sent to the vessel owners in due time. Relevant issues have to be followed up until the new budget has been agreed and approved;
• Monitoring CSM financial exposure on each Client, and informing Top Management where such exposure becomes significant
