The core responsibilities for this role are as follows:

·       Support Singapore MLRO in the development and maintenance of robust AML/CFT and Sanctions frameworks which are in line with the Singapore’s Payment Services Act (PSA) and the relevant subsidiary legislations issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as well as Visa’s Global Compliance and other International AML/CFT and Sanctions standards. Key Responsibilities

Develop the Partner Program:

• Design and implement a comprehensive partner program, including onboarding processes, training, certifications, and incentive structures.
• Define tiers, benefits, and requirements for partners to encourage engagement and growth.

Build and Manage Partner Network:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard resellers and implementation partners globally or regionally.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and facilitating collaboration.

Drive Partner Sales and Growth:

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create co-marketing initiatives and campaigns for partners.

Support Partner Enablement:

Strategic Development and Market Analysis:

• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the software or IT industry.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner networks.
• Strong understanding of reseller and implementation partner dynamics.
