Facilities Manager

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

The Facilities Manager is responsible to assist the account in charge for the delivery and performance of FM contract deliverables for assigned sites. The role is the key point of contact with local client and key stakeholders across client sites for the areas of responsibility and its occupants, and act as their service provider liaison.

• Prepares and presents design progress status and slides to Management, project team and Client as and when required.
• Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines (i.e Architectural, MEP, BIM etc.) on design to ensure delivery of high quality outcome
• Supports tender team and prepares technical tender documents as per specifications for bidding of civil and structural engineering projects as and when assigned
• Attends Progress Meeting, Technical Meetings, Coordination Meetings, Site Meetings, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possesses Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Profressional Engineering Board
• At least 12 years of design experience or design management experiece.

The ideal candidate will understand the school’s value proposition and be able to tailor their approach to meet individual needs, providing a personalized experience that maximizes conversions to enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, personal rapport with prospective parents and students by gathering detailed information about their needs and backgrounds, tailoring each visit to meet those needs.
• Effectively communicate the school’s Unique Selling Points (USP) to parents and students, ensuring they understand the value of the school.
• Conduct one-on-one and group tours, answering questions and addressing concerns during and after the tour.
• Support families through the application process, ensuring smooth follow-ups, document uploads, and a seamless transition to enrollment.
• Prepare and present reports on enrollment projections, and related statistics to key stakeholders.
• Continuously develop strategies to enhance enrollment efforts and introduce new initiatives to improve department performance.
• Collaborate with existing Student Recruitment Agencies and guardians while actively exploring new partnerships.
• Work closely with all departments to ensure the efficient implementation of admission policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as required by the Superior.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, with a preference for candidates with experience in the education industry.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with parents, students, and staff.
• Ability to work comfortably with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Proficient in IT and various software tools.
• A team player, capable of collaborating across departments to meet organizational goals.
