Job Duties:

• Developing connections and new sources of business and relationship management with existing accounts

The Recruitment Executive supports the permanent recruitment activities of a company in the Technology Team. He/She handles the end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to hiring. He/She supports the manager in implementing recruitment strategies. He/She works with external recruitment partners and institutions to source for suitable candidates. What you would be exposed to?

1. End-to-end Recruitment:

• Collaborate with Senior Recruiters to identify potential candidates that would match clients’ requirements
• Screening and shortlisting candidates who meet job requirements and arranging interviews between candidates and clients
• Preparation of Letter of Agreement for candidates and collection of onboarding documents from candidates

2. Candidate Engagement:

• Build and maintain positive recruitment experience with candidates by providing candidates clear communication on job expectations required for the roles and timely feedback on their job application status

3. Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with TAFEP guidelines and other relevant employment regulations throughout the recruitment cycle
• Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and recruitment metrics for reporting and analysis purposes

4. Employer Branding:

• Gather and analyse feedback from candidates to continually enhance the recruitment process
