• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes
• Coordinate & follow-up the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
• support the operation of the Technical Training department by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating training schedules, maintaining records, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Other admin PMO related tasks or adhoc task
• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 to 3 years of recruiting experience in IT Field
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment needs and offer input on candidates.
• Research potential job applicants through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and databases.
• Perform initial phone interviews to filter the candidate pool and collect more details.
• Create and deliver reports on candidate evaluations, featuring summaries and recommendations.
• Organize interview schedules between clients and candidates.
• Facilitate salary offer discussions for clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment is preferred, the candidate without relevant experience but with a keen interest in recruitment sales will also be considered.
• Specialization in a particular industry or a generalist background in recruitment is welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and candidates at all levels.
• A self-starter and team player with a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
• Proficient in the use of recruitment tools and databases.
