Our clients are seeking experienced and dedicated QHSE Managers, to oversee the QHSE aspects of a large-scale offshore vessel conversion project at a Singapore shipyard. The QHSE Manager is responsible for implementing, and overseeing the QHSE management systems within the conversion and company Scope, ensuring compliance with local and the company QHSE requirements. This role aims to enhance shipyard and crew safety, quality of operations, and a culture of continuous improvement across the conversion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses excellent leadership skills to manage the QHSE team while collaborating closely with all involved departments and joint venture stakeholders. The HSE manager will report to the project manager and the internal company QHSE Lead onsite and at company HQ.
