Summary

key responsibilities:

• Real Estate Acquisition: Lead efforts to identify and secure prime locations for the brand, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Network: Leverage established relationships with major landlords, mall developers, and smaller commercial property developers to secure favorable leasing opportunities.
• Site Selection Oversight: Manage site selection, lease reviews, and lease management processes, driving efficiency and supporting the brand’s expansion strategy.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market studies and feasibility assessments to uncover growth opportunities in new and existing areas.
• Negotiations and Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, government bodies, and property agents to facilitate successful lease negotiations and foster long-term partnerships.
• Strategic Reporting: Develop detailed reports and presentations for management to support decision-making and improve brand visibility in the market.

qualifications and skills:

• A degree in Real Estate, Building, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 8 years of experience in lease management, site selection, and property acquisition.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, including profit and loss (P&L) analysis.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore’s real estate landscape, with experience in restaurant site selection as a strong advantage.
• Problem-solving mindset with the flexibility to adapt to evolving market conditions.
• Leadership capabilities to inspire and manage high-performing teams, with opportunities for skills development through training.
