• Good understanding of sustainability issues and the SDGs, with a keen interest in continuous learning.
• Track record of initiating multilateral partnerships and maintaining positive relations
• Prior experience in crafting programme content for conferences
• Proven track record in securing sponsorships or driving business development.
• Experienced in organising large-scale conferences (>300+ pax) will be advantageous
• Strong communicator (written and verbal).
• Skilled contract negotiator with a track record of securing results within allocated budgets
• Organised and meticulous with project management skills. Able to anticipate risks and prepare contingencies when planning.
• Possess a positive work ethic and determination in achieving targets within tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• Able to work within a small team dynamic and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
