Job Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic sales plan to penetrate new markets and perform sales activities to meet corporate objectives
• Develop business opportunities with the company full range of IT/AV, Workplace Solutions and latest Smart Office solutions that driving our customers forward
• The targeted customers are mainly regional and global customers with presence in Singapore and throughout the Asia Pacific region.
• Participate directly in the sales process by making in-depth presentations and live demonstrations
• Analyze and define customer requirements and advise best solution to meet their needs
• Penetrate both new and existing customer base to generate sales opportunity and revenue
• To follow-up on leads & enquiries from local & regional offices & marketing team
• Strong sales instincts with strategic consultative skill and committed towards sales target achievement
• Provide after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Diploma level or above
• Min 1-3 years of sales experience of selling IT/AV or related solutions to corporate/commercial customers
• Target oriented to achieve sales quotas and targeted goals
• Customer oriented and possess relationship building skills
• Able to self-learning and adaptive to new technologies
• Good communication & presentation skills

Overview

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum degree with 2 years and above of service related experience. Knowledge of healthcare operations will be advantageous.
• Diploma holders with at least 5 years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in leadership.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

• Collects and understands external and internal customers’ expectations or feedback on supplier quality, and cooperates with other top management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures, innovation plans, and goals for supplier quality.

• Analyzes, evaluates and presents information concerning factors related to suppliers and components such as new regulations, cost of quality, suppliers’ risks, supplier’s performance, and proposals to other members of management team.

• Cooperate with material or purchasing team to establish the supplier quality requirements and agreements.

• Lead SQE team to evaluate, develop, and monitor suppliers and components to ensure they comply with Flex requirements and customer requirements on safety, quality, capability, delivery, environment, society regulation, etc.

• Lead SQE team to measure and track suppliers’ performance and to drive problem solving and continuous improvement.

• Establish and maintain the supplier quality management process and tools, and train SQEs and all peers to ensure compliance of the supplier quality process.

• Commit cross-functional support and form good relationships with internal and external customers in order to maintain a strong support system in the organization, to achieve customer satisfaction and to comply with regulatory requirements

Here are some of our preferred skills:

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in related field.

• Typically requires 8 years of experience, and 3 years of managerial experience.

• Internal or external Auditor certificate for ISO 9001 is a must. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certificates are preferred.
