Our sales manager's role is to lead and oversee company's sales operations, including the sales team and day-to-day sales activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing sales strategy: Creating monthly sales plan and executing the sales strategy
• Setting sales goals: Setting sales targets and managing sales performance analytics and monthly KPI
• Hiring and training: Recruiting, hiring, and training new sales staff
• Motivating: Motivating the sales team and addressing challenges they may be facing
• Managing: Managing sales pipeline, sales budget, and overseeing individual and team performance
• Reporting: Reporting on sales activity
• Training: Developing training programs for sales representatives
• Coordinating: Coordinating operations across the sales department

Requirement

• Sales experience: Preferably sales experience
• Analytical skills: The ability to interpret sales metrics and use them to make informed decisions
• Leadership skills: The ability to inspire and guide a sales team to achieve targets
• Communication skills: Strong oral and written communication skills
• CRM understanding: A deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices

Main Core Responsibilities

1)Met monthly HQ's sales budget for his/her assigned outlets.

2)Manage labour cost to meet HQ's budget for his/her assigned outlets.

3)Manage cost of good / operation cost.

4)Trainer and facilitator.

5)Ensure outlets and staff compliance company's SOP, code of conduct and regulation.

6)Outlets Hygiene to meet SFA guild line.

Intermediate Work (Middle Management Duties)

• Able to plan daily/monthly sales target to meet HQ budget, regular follow up and update on sales performance with outlet in-charge.
• Able to provide cost saving measurement for his/her area in-charge. Good understanding and knowledge on his/her outlet's past and present fast and slow moving items.
• Able to interview staff in a professional manner and recommend for hiring. Retension rate for his/her area above than company's average.
• Effectively manage and control Over-Time and Part-Time hour for his/her assigned outlet. Manage Labour cost within HQ budget.
• Able to manage outlet schedule independently, re-deploy staff effectively and fast. Able to shift in (Cover shift) if needed.
• Ensure outlet and staffs compliance with authorities regulation ( SFA licensing ) and abide to company's SOP, regulation and code of conduct.

Training Management

• Able to provide training ,coaching and evaluation for the progress and performance for Manager / Supervisor / Staff .
• Constantly giving ideas to upgrade and execute SOP and Operation issues when needed.
• A good role model and show management by example for fellow colleagues.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Branch Manager
• To achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch
• To assist the Branch Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg: staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc.
• To assist the Branch Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively
• To provide professional skincare advice and consultation for customers, managing customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• To discuss and plan for therapists on the recommended treatments for customers
• To motivate staff in building teamwork and create a good working environment
• To create teamwork among colleagues & good communication
• To ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good and conductive condition
• To assist in making cold-calls to customer
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and other matters as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years' working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales record
• Independent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiative
• Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented
• Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities
• Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues and have strong leadership capabilities
• Willing to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
