Your team:

Your expertise:

• ideally 5 or more years’ relevant experience in the asset management business manager, risk, operations, compliance, or similar role
• possess asset management domain knowledge in front-to-back office functions
• exposure in banking or asset management business and practices, systems, processes and controls
• understanding of global best practices in the financial industry and ability to bridge with the entire organization
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and schedule workload

Responsibilities

• The SFM shall lead and manage the Contractor’s works and services, and put in place an effective system and/or programme for monitoring and improvement of the Works and Services.
• Liaise, interface, coordinate and communicate with the operational Sites’ Employer Representatives to provide services and obtain feedback from them to ensure the quality of the Works and Services rendered.
• Submit for monthly performance report card for each Site, and monthly management report and other supporting reports for all Sites to the SO / Employer Representatives. These reports shall include the feedback received and the proposed and/ or actual actions to be taken or have been taken to improve the works and services rendered.
• The SFM shall be responsible for his team performance.

Requirements

• The SFM shall possess a Degree in Engineering / Building / Facilities Management or relevant disciplines
• A minimum 8 years in a similar position with relevant working experience with a proven management background, preferably with at least 3 years’ experienc

• Oversee all production related matters within the organization.
