Junior Electrical Technician

Basic Salary: $2800 - $4000

Location: Bright Hill

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon to Fri), 8am - 3pm (Sat)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other technicians in the manufacturing of industrial chillers, including sheet metal work, welding, assembly of refrigeration systems, electrical wiring, and temperature controller setup.
• Assess the overall performance, reliability, and safety of the final product.
• Diagnose, test, manufacture, repair, and overhaul mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of chillers and related systems according to the production BOM and work orders.
• Deliver chillers and components to end customers and assist with on-site setup.
• Create 2D engineering and electrical drawings using AutoCAD software.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering Electrical or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): 2D Autocad
• Required Spoken and Written Language(s): Basic English, Mandarin
• Preferably with class 3 driving license

Car Washer

Salary: $2,000-$3000 + Commission + OT

Location: Woodlands

Working Days: 11am-6pm (5/6 days), 44 working hours/week

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for exterior vehicle cleaning, including using tools such as high-pressure water guns, cleaners, and sponges to clean the body, wheels, and windows.
• Performs interior cleaning of vehicles, including vacuuming, wiping down the dashboard, seats, carpets, and other surfaces, ensuring the vehicle is clean and tidy inside and out.
• Provides additional cleaning services upon customer request, such as waxing, polishing, and engine cleaning.
• Correctly uses and maintains cleaning tools and equipment, ensuring proper operation.
• Regularly inspects the condition of cleaning tools and keeps the workspace clean and organized.
• Efficiently completes car washing tasks within the designated time according to company standards.
• Ensures that the cleanliness quality of each vehicle meets company requirements, providing high-quality service to customers.

Requirements:

• No specific educational qualifications required; candidates with car washing experience are preferred.
• Experience in car washing or automotive cleaning is an advantage.
• Ability to operate car washing equipment proficiently, such as high-pressure water guns, vacuum cleaners, etc.
• Attention to detail, with strong cleaning and organizing skills.
• Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and perform physical labor.
• Responsible, with good time management skills and able to complete tasks on time.
• Candidates with a driver’s license are preferred for moving vehicles when needed

Job Responsibilities

• Safety Management: Implement and maintain a Site Safety Management System to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
• Safety Programs: Execute workplace safety, health, and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Training & Enforcement: Conduct safety training and inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards on-site and at HQ.
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to statutory safety and health requirements, and manage safety reports and audits.
• Team Leadership: Work with WSH coordinators and supervisors to uphold safety practices at the project site.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes, and assist in safety certifications.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Environment, Health and Safety Management or related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in construction safety.
• Possess positive and willing to learn attitude.
• Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
