What you would be exposed to?

1. End-to-end Recruitment:

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Consultant at The Talent Network Pte Ltd. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for 360 recruitment, managing end-to-end recruiting activities which include dealing with both clients and candidates. This role is based in Singapore with flexibility for remote work.

Requirement

• Min a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Salary compensation according to experience
• Candidates without experience but with strong passion in recruitment are welcome to apply. Comprehensive training provided.
• CEI certified. Candidate without certification will be send for course and test.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with recruitment specialist to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

· Implement effective sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates through various channels, including social media platforms, professional networks, and job fairs.

· Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and recommend candidates for further interviews with relevant managers.

· Coordinate interview schedules and participate in the interview process as needed.

· Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

· Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.

· Assist in employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

· Source creative and unconventional recruitment channels for effective hiring.

· Other HR-related matters may be assigned by the superior.

· Reports to Senior Human Resources Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.

· Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

· Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

· Outgoing and open to communicating with different people.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

· Empathy and the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job fairs, employee engagement, and other HR projects.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure those requirements are effectively met.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with fair employment guidelines and promote equal opportunities.
• Manage onboarding and exit procedures to facilitate smooth transitions for employees.
• Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to support talent pipelines.
• Generate and update various HR reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide support across various HR functions.
• Perform any other tasks as required by the HR department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and HR Operations within a multinational organization, with exposure in managing high-volume hiring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Excel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with all levels of staff.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency.
• Capable of managing a demanding workload with a hands-on approach.
• High ethical standards in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Flexible, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
