The Head of Student Recruitment is responsible for the development and implementation of the school’s marketing and student recruitment strategy for the Executive MBA Program. Job Decription:

• Develop and execute annual student recruitment plan with associated targets and KPIs.
• Conduct recruitment activities, counselling prospects, organising conversion and engagement activities that results to student enrolment.
• Assess and evaluate recruitment performance per intake, rectifying or adopting new measures as necessary to improve and meet targets
• Manage the program expenditures to be within budget.
• Actively liaise, work, and engage with all stakeholders both internal and external.
• Other duties, as required from time to time in line with the seniority and scope of this role.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in sales or student recruitment for higher education
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Willing to make calls daily
• In depth knowledge of Hubspot, salesforce and other sales and marketing tools

• Good Presentation skills
