Job Description

As a Temporary Recruitment and Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment and operational processes, including:

• Posting job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
• Conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates to present to clients.
• Assisting with mass recruitment drives to meet high-volume hiring needs.
• Providing HR administrative support, including onboarding and offboarding processes.

Qualifications & experience

• Min GCE "O" Level qualification and above
• Able to work independently and remotely when required
• Preferably with Certificate of Intermediaries License (CEI) or willing to take for the mentioned course
• Willing to standby on weekend (need to respond to WhatsApp and phone calls after office hours)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Managing temporary staffing project
• Responsible for job assignment, liaising with candidates and clients, attending to clients' feedback, training and assessing of candidates, recruitment and interviewing of new candidates, achieving sales targets, site visits to enhance customer relationship, any ad hoc project assigned by the management.
• Provide end to end recruitment process (360)
• Secure new clients & job positions
• Draft up job advertisements, posting on career portals
• Assessing candidates' applications and shortlist for prospective clients
• Coordinate interview arrangement and ensure candidates are well-prepared
• Ensure sales closures to achieve sales target

• Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm (weekend on call, need to respond to WhatsApp and phone calls after office hours)

Job Description

• Draft and publish job postings on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, and internal channels).
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an organized candidate database and track application statuses.
• Communicate with candidates professionally to provide updates on their application progress.
• Assist the HR team with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards learning.
