• Provide legal advice and support to functional units including drafting of contracts, negotiation, and contracts documents administration.
• Liaise with internal and external lawyers for dispute resolution.
• Drafting contractual letters to the Clients Consultants, Subcontractors on Extension of time claims, etc.
• Maintain detailed records of all contract-related activities and provide regular reports to senior management on contract status, risks, and issues.
• Conduct periodic evaluations to assess contract performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive value optimisation.

The Project BIM Manager (PBM) is responsible for overseeing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards for large-scale or infrastructure projects.
