Locum Speech Therapist

Contract Period: 3 months (Subjected to renewal)

• Community Care Centre in the Central region near Braddell/Novena/Bishan
• Once a week -Monday or upto 3 days per week - 1.5-hour sessions (1 hour rehab, 15 minutes documentation)
• Projected Commencement: 1st week of January 2025 (Can negotiate on start date)

• Bachelor or Masters in Speech & Language Pathology
• Must be a Fully Registered AHPC ( Singapore )& BCLS certification

1:1 Intake Assessment for Group Speech Therapy: 30 minutes

Documentation: Individual Care Plan (ICP), progress notes, and Voice Handicap Index

Group Class: 1 hour, 8–10 participants

Post-Class Documentation: 15 minutes for case notes on all participants
