- Champion a collaborative, inclusive work culture through engagement and retention programs.
- Plan initiatives, events, and recognition programs that build team morale.

- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the region.
HR Operations and Compliance
- Manage HR operations, including policy development, compliance, and benefits administration.
- Optimise HR processes to align with industry standards and enhance efficiency.
Organizational Development
- Support organizational change initiatives and help drive cultural transformation within the organization
- Analyze organizational structure and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Compensation and Benefits
- Oversee regional compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company policies.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and recommend adjustments to address market trends
Reporting and Analytics
- Provide regular reports and insights on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee engagement, and recruitment performance.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven HR leadership experience in architecture, real estate, or a related industry.
- Strong skills in talent acquisition, employee relations, and culture- building.
- Regional exposure, ability to lead HR across multiple locations with discretion and integrity.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
