Provide technical support involves a higher level of expertise and deeper technical knowledge to resolve complex Level 2 issues and ensure smooth operation of the AV system / application (WebEx & Ms Team) for users and organizations. Work with network configurations, advanced software settings, and interoperability issues between different systems to resolve complex problems
1 year contract under employment agency payroll
Work Location: Changi Business Park
Working Hours: Office hours (Mon to Fri)
Salary up to $4300 (company do not provide any bonus)
Requirement
- Singaporean
- Must have L2 support experiences with Video Conferencing and Solutioning
- Provide advanced troubleshooting to resolve complex Level 2 technical issues related to WebEx, Ms Team and AV systems and offer remote troubleshooting support to users facing technical difficulties and guide them through the resolution process
- Resolving critical issues and outages affecting applications or systems
- System Integrations (Assisting with integrating with other systems or applications, ensuring compatibility and functionality)
- Network Configurations (e.g firewall settings, VPN configurations etc)
- Able to join immediately or at short notice
Jobscope
- Organize/Support Webex Event
- High profile meeting support and monitoring
- Advance troubleshooting for application related issue
- Issue TAC (Cisco Technical Assistance Center) and collecting of log
- Perform daily system health check
- Perform CR
- Preparation of report and material
- Need to support regional markets
