Role Summary

The Senior Manager, Compliance, will play a key role in supporting the APAC Compliance team by leading compliance investigations and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards across the SEA region, which includes Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Hong Kong. This role requires an individual who brings a proactive and meticulous approach to compliance matters, working closely with the global legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

The Manager will report to the Financial Controller and be responsible for the spectrum of finance functions, including accounting, consolidation and finance operations of Sun Venture's assets. • Maintain the corporate wide business continuity program that addresses disaster recovery (DR), business recovery and emergency response management
