Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Marketing Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for connecting talent with opportunities, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their hiring needs.
• Source and screen potential candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
• Doesn't have to conduct interviews but need to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets.
Requirements:
• Knowledge in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a PLUS.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or HR is a PLUS.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools is an advantage.
• A proactive and results-driven attitude.
