About the role

The Associate Recruitment Consultant is an important member of our team, owning the end-to-end candidate management process, and delivering excellent hiring and an exceptional candidate experience.

• Partner and work closely with internal team to deliver a strong candidate pipeline;
• Develop a keen understanding of the talent market and specialized requirements;
• Use and manage candidate management tools;
• Contribute to awareness through a highly positive candidate outreach;
• Build market intelligence by identifying talent trends and contribute to knowledge sharing;
• Source and recruit candidates through various available platforms;
• Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates for open positions;

What you have

• A tertiary education in any discipline with preferably with at least one year of work experience in a customer-facing role;

The Senior Consultant who will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment so as to ensure smooth running of the operations. He/She will be responsible for general permanent staffing in the commercial space. He/She will be given clients’ orders to work on and is responsible for maintaining their relationship with their clients and their own pool of candidates. • To meet monthly sales target in GP & Contribution

• Understand the job-scope and the job-requirements from the clients before proceeding to source.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
