• Preparing the group's consolidated accounts and support the audit process.
• Working with the external auditors to ensure that accounts are filed with the relevant authorities together with organizing financial controls around all the different entities within your firm.
• Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial data.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
• Assist with timely and accurate preparation and analysis of the group financial and management reports.
• In addition, the role will oversee the outsourced finance function of a German legal entity and be responsible for the accounting of the group holding company.
• Other related administrative support or ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a Degree in Accountancy/ Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with great passion on accounting work.
• Must have experience in audit and consolidation.
• Special licenses or certification may be required.
• Knowledge in MYOB or equivalent is a benefit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially on outlook and excel.
• Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and self-disciplined.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to commence work within short notice.
