Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years of specialized experience in the FPSO, renewable energy, or energy sectors.
• Proven experience managing recruitment teams and delivering large-scale, complex recruitment projects.
• Experience with executive search and working with senior-level positions within the energy industry is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of the FPSO, renewable energy, and broader energy sectors, including industry-specific skill sets and project requirements.
