In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

· Carry out strong safety standards in the production shopfloor and daily operations

· Discover ways to streamline processes, cut expenses, and boost productivity.

For This Role, You Will Need:

· 5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing management, with a track record of delivering results.

· Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

· Demonstrated expertise in process optimization and resource management.

· Proficiency in using production management tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.

· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
