Scope of Work

The Accreditation and Data Management office oversees the college’s Association to Advance Collegiate Schoold of Business (AACSB) and Europen Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) accreditations, course approvals, institutional data (including data governance and protection) and programme rankings as well as provide support on academic matters related new strategic directions, Outcomes Based Teaching and Learning (OBTL), assessment rubric design and the e-Rubric platform (Gradeway).

• Ensure course and assessment designs align with OBTL principles
• Support Assurance of Learning and other accreditation matters
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Manage data protection and ensure PDPA compliance
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within the university

Requirements

• Knowledge of learning taxonomies and pedagogical concepts (eg: OBTL, constructive alignment)
• Bachelors Degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 5 years related experience. Teaching experience will be advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office
• An outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management and project management skills
• Creative, enterprising, independent and resourceful
• Meticulous attention to details

• Assist in administrative work and data entry
• Assist in data, budgeting, tracking reports
• Assist in interview scheduling for new representatives’ allowance applications
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Support the Recruitment Managers on the month-to-month execution of the career seminar events that includes, but not limited to:
• Designing of the event EDM
• Sourcing of vendors
• Liaise with speakers and or vendors on set up requirements for the event
• Assist in planning of the event
• Any other duties as assigned
